Rob Klaus
As the President and CEO of Merge IT, Rob is committed to promoting and maintaining a welcoming and supportive company culture that is dedicated to impeccable client services. His decades of experience in finance and professional services at top companies like Randstad (formerly Technisource) and Kforce are the cornerstone of his expertise. Along with his professional experience, Rob is committed to leading by example and building a foundation of honesty, loyalty, and trust at Merge IT. As an active community volunteer, Rob extends his commitment to success beyond the boundaries of business.
Alex Zaldivar
EVP of Business Operations
Alex’s role as a founding member of Merge IT and the current Executive Vice President of Business Operations comes with 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, mergers & acquisitions, and technology consulting. As a multi-business founder, Alex brings the sort of ground-up, collaborative business expertise on which Merge was founded. He has also held roles as the Chief Financial Officer at SilverSky, Inc, and Co-Founder & President of Cybraics, Inc. Alex began his career within the accounting, finance, and consulting space, serving as a Senior Manager with the SEC Assurance Group of Ernst & Young LLP, the Transaction Advisory Services Group of Andersen LLP, and as Vice President of the Technology Solutions group at MBAF. Alex understands Business Operations from a variety of perspectives, bringing valuable insight to the Merge Team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s day-to-day operations.
Joe Tracey
A founding member of Merge IT, Joe brings over two decades of experience in IT Professional management. Joe prioritizes an authentic and dedicated approach to customer service and a participative leadership style, which has led him to success with companies such as Macy’s East, Kforce, and Caesars Entertainment. His wealth of experience through various employee relations and talent management roles prior to Merge prepared him to launch the team to success, leading the sales team to accomplish more than $35M in annual business. Joe looks forward to fostering the Merge brand further through new technologies and sustainable initiatives.
Mario Russo
Mario offers over 15 years of expertise in a variety of technology and staffing fields, spearheading success in roles ranging from IT recruiter to VP of Strategic Accounts with top companies like Kforce and The Experts. With experience in global expansion of resource management and accolades such as Rookie of the Year, Mario helped kickstart and grow Merge IT internationally, demonstrating his commitment to growing the company into a global leader in IT Services and Management. Mario’s values of attentive listening, strategic support, and cohesive culture are part of his efforts to expand Merge IT while upholding its core principles and dedication to excellence.
Joel Boniske
With over 20 years of business development experience, Joel is a leader in the top Microsoft Dynamics Practices in Florida. Joel specializes in ERP, CRM, xRM, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Collaboration. He understands business processes and is able to align the perfect technology solution for any company. Previously, he worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Solutions at MBAF and was a Co-Founder of Citrine Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in South Florida.
