Previously, he worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Solutions @ MBAF and was a Co-Founder of Citrine Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in South Florida. Joel specializes in ERP, CRM, xRM, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Collaboration. He understand business processes and is able to align the perfect technology solution for any company.

Mario has over 15 years of experience in technology and professional staffing which allows him to spearhead our staffing, client, and project management growth. He consistently drives strong revenue and GP growth while embodying Merge’s core values and ensuring delivery of qualified candidates. Previously, Mario was a Recruiter, Account Executive, and then a Senior Leader with Kforce and The Experts where he received many awards for being a top producer.

Joe brings over 20 years of experience in IT Professional Services, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. Previously, he held executive roles with Macy’s East as the NJ and Metro NY Region Director of Organization Development and Employee Relations & Engagement Roles for Caesars Entertainment. Joe’s distinctive approach to account management and client relationships continues to drive company growth while creating countless career opportunities across the US.
Chief Technology Officer
George has over 16 years of expertise in business process optimization, application development and delivery as well as business intelligence. He holds an MB4 in Dynamics SL installation and Configuration and specializes in Microsoft Business Solutions and Microsoft Infrastructure Space. As a Senior Manager of FAS group and Director of Information systems at Donald J Pilner, George gained the valuable ability to spearhead all aspects of engagement including work-product documentation and deliverables. George’s forte is in redesigning business processes and applications to implement strategic planning which allows clients to streamline processes and enhance their services.
Director of Human Resources and People Operations
Beth leads the HR and Payroll teams and oversees all company back office functions. She has over 10 years of experience in both Human Resources and Payroll and is a Certified Payroll Professional with the American Payroll Association since 2016. Beth’s expertise includes payroll, full employee life-cycle needs, employee relations, policy/procedure development and benefits administration. Before joining the Merge team, she worked in several industries such as construction, call center and property management.
